Delivery Information
Curbside delivery, 1–2 business days
We deliver flooring and cabinets ourselves, from our warehouse at 4140 US-1, Monmouth Junction, NJ. Most orders go out within 1 to 2 business days — we'll call you to arrange a time frame before the truck comes.
How we work out your delivery charge
Two things, and nothing else:
- Distance from our Monmouth Junction warehouse to your address. The further we drive, the more it costs.
- Bridge and tunnel tolls, if your delivery crosses into New York. We pass these on at cost and round to the nearest $10. We don't mark them up.
There's no fuel surcharge, no handling fee and no percentage of your order value. A big order and a small one cost the same to deliver to the same address, because it's the same truck making the same trip.

Outside our delivery area? Please read this
If your address is beyond about 90 miles from Monmouth Junction, we can still get your order to you by freight — but we can't price it automatically.
In that case, checkout charges a $250 freight deposit. This is not the full delivery cost. It's a deposit toward the freight bill.
- We'll call you within 1 business day with the actual freight cost for your address and order size.
- If the freight costs more than $250, we'll collect the difference before shipping.
- If it costs less, we refund the difference.
- If you'd rather not go ahead once you hear the price, we'll cancel and refund the deposit in full.

New York tolls, at cost
Every crossing into New York carries a toll for a commercial vehicle. Here's exactly what we pay and what we add:

Port Authority crossings are tolled eastbound only, so the return trip to New Jersey is free — that's why Staten Island costs less than Brooklyn, where we pay the Verrazzano in both directions.
Manhattan deliveries are subject to loading restrictions and time windows. Please call before ordering so we can check access.
What curbside means
Our driver unloads your order at the curb or the tailgate of the truck. Drivers do not enter the property. Please arrange helpers, or have your contractor on site, to move the material from the curb into your home or garage.
Flooring is heavy — plan for two people, or ask your installer to be there at delivery.
Samples
Flooring samples are free — you pay $15 flat shipping, or $20 if your order includes a cabinet door sample. Samples ship on their own and are charged separately from any flooring or cabinet delivery in the same order.
Picking up instead
You're welcome to collect from our Monmouth Junction warehouse and skip the delivery charge entirely. Call ahead so we can have your order ready and loaded.
Before your delivery
- Make sure there's somewhere the truck can stop legally and safely.
- Have helpers ready — the driver unloads to the curb only.
- Check your order on arrival. Note any damage before the driver leaves.
- Let the flooring acclimate indoors before installation.
